A serious mistake
You do not have to be a fortune-teller to know that the European economy will change drastically in the near future. When you think about those changes you'll realise that they will influence nearly all of the large cities in Europe. We have to anticipate the consequences now in order to prevent economic decline later. Given this, it is startling that urban restructuring is not a priority in Europe.
